Business Research Campaign

 
 

SoundHound Inc promoted their AI platform, Houndify, with a digital campaign revealing data on the value of custom voice assistants from a survey answered by top industry leaders. I lead the art direction of this campaign, choosing brand color schemes, visualizing the overall project image, creating illustrations, designing web layouts, and guiding icons and other assets via other designers.

The Business Value of Customized Voice Assistants

Overall Image tells with detail

 

The overall image is a staple to the art direction of the entire campaign. This asset will translate over to additional visuals, like social tiles, registration pages, paid media and websites. For this campaign that focused on data and was directed to a business oriented audience, I portrayed the many types of charts and elements one would see in a research report. To add a homely touch to this calculated idea, I added organic elements, such as people, plants and other aspects of nature.

Desktop

 

Working with content writers, developers, and other artists, I designed a landing page for the “Research Report” campaign. The goal was to not only educate, but push for user registration for the gated webinar and guide.

Mobile Landing Page

 

The following is a mobile version of the “Research Report” landing page. Additional time and assets were created or adjusted to comply with the layout for the mobile guides.

Social

 

Social organic ads, banners and tags were created following the style of the Overall Image. Elements were created for pixel perfect deliverables. Adjustments were also done to help fit the visuals into the different container sizes per asset requirements.

Registration / Gated

 

To further expand on marketing, the ask included two gated media assets. A webinar featuring top industry specialist, and the research report with full details into the data discovered. This required sites providing the media after registering. To keep the journey consistent for the campaign and the Houndify brand, I lead design in creating a better formatted site for users.

Illustration

 

Illustrations were created to convey ideas of voice enabling devices and services. From elements like refrigerators, kiosks, speakers, and food orders, I combined multiple ideas into a singular visual.

Color Palette

 

“Research Report” used select colors from the Houndify brand palette. Since this was a campaign focused on business people, I used blues to help translate a tech and business feel, similar to a Wall Street outlook. The Indigo was used to relate the Business and Data aspect while the Cyan brought forth the Tech and AI ideals. Magenta was then added to break any chances of a monotone visual with Blue to compliment it further.
