AI for Customer Service with Watson Assistant
IBM Watson has an AI service named Watson Assistant that is used to help improve customer service. Working closely with stakeholders, I created a sparkler video that depicts a short summary on what AI can do for call centers and similar businesses. This included creating illustrations, animating visuals, and searching/editing quality stock footage.

Elements in motion
Interspersed between footage areas, I added illustrations and motion designed them to relate the narrative. This branded the sparkler as an IBM Watson video as it combined the isometric style of the company.
